Why not use real vanilla bean pod instead of the vanilla drops?

I used to use real vanilla bean but it’s just nowhere near as yummy as the
drops, if you try it you will see. These drops perfectly replicate the
flavour in a typical vanilla milkshake but without the nasty chemicals.

I looked the drops up on Amazon, and they seem kind of expensive. Do they
      last a long time?

I’m going to aim for 3 videos per week again, I’m learning Final Cut Pro at
the moment so one video is taking me 1-2 days to complete so I need to
prioritise time in the great outdoors as well. I’m getting faster at it
      though!

+Katie Macormic Have you read the 80/10/10 book? It explains everything in
much more detail. From what I understand, it’s only if you have a lot of
fat in your diet that your cells can’t absorb the sugar from the fruit and
then your blood sugar raises. So having a lot of fruit is fine as long as
you also have a lot fat and low protein diet (as in 10% max of calories),
hence the 10/10 in the title of the book.

My body gets seriously HOT after I eat my 10 banana smoothie. I have to
turn down the temp by several degrees.

+Roy Hyder In Asia and in Arabic countries, only few dates are eaten at the
same time (3-5) and in ayurvedic medicine they are known for making the
body feel warm. The same is true for mangoes, they increase body
temperature. This has a balancing effect is someone eats a lot of cooling
      food (like salads for example).

Educated omnivores know that fructose is different from table sugar. plus
everyone knows that fruit and vegetables are healthy but many get confused
on consumption like how much is too much? Too much fibre? Only people who
are scared of carbs or sugar will say your statement.

Do you or Harley have a take on Naked products like Green Machine?

I took your mixes (after trying some) and made my own. Bananas, dates,
cranberries, Naked Green Machine and Blue Machine, water and veggie protein
powder (dried peas) plus some water.

I’m not sure how true it is but there have been reports of Naked using
hidden ingredients such as formaldehyde in their juices, made a lot of
elderly very sick. I personally cannot drink them or I am in the bathroom
within a few minutes. I would stick with whole foods for optimum health. 🙂

Very true, but that was back in 2011. They had two problems. One was their
protein smoothie was recalled for something. Made some people sick. The
other was the mislabeling of products used such as GMO. Naked Juices were
hiding GMO and synthetic ingredients, including zinc oxide, ascorbic acid,
and calcium pantothenate, which is produced from formaldehyde. The were hit
with a big law suite. Had to change their labels. Once they got their
things back in order, they were able to relabel their product. I should
probably do the same and just make my own juices to add to my smoothies.
      Cheers!

I don’t care about the safety of animals that rape and kill one another.

I love watching your smoothies though. I want to do the date one badly.
