      I have been on this diet for three weeks. I seemed to actually put on
      weight in week 2, but kept going and week 3 showed a 3 kilo loss in total.
      Very nice progfram!

    You mention you do “intense sessions” intense sessions burn more calories.
    has NOTHING to do with HGH. It has to do with a calorie deficit.

    You just inspired me to have a banana, strawberry and blueberry smoothie,
    and after an apple and an orange, as apposed to reaching for a packet of
    crisps, a donut and an ice cream which is what I usually would have.
    Although I’m not gonna go vegan (I’m not responsible for all of the food I
    eat- I’m a teenager who lives with her parents) I’m definitely gonna have
    more fruit and carbs as I already feel so energised! Thank you freelee xx

    Hey Freelee, since eating raw till 4 I have not needed to sleep as much. In
    fact my body wakes up by itself after 7 and a 1/2 hours. I feel perfectly
    awake. Is this because my body doesn’t have to focus on digestion as much?
    I am also exercising 1-2 times a day for 20+ minutes each.

      In my case, it makes a big difference in the way you breath. It would be
      best if you breath in with your nose and breath out with your mouth. Also
      the important thing is that you find a breathing pattern. Try coordinating
      your breath with your footsteps. For example, breathe in every other time
      you take a step with your left foot, and breathe out every other time you
      take a step with your right foot. This will help you breathe more
      consistently ^^ It gets easier the more you excercise 🙂 (hope you could
      understand although my english is like… dead.. in my first sentences xD)
